Cancellations & Rescheduling:

A £25 deposit will be taken at the time of the booking.

 

Free cancellation or rescheduling is available up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will be charged at the full session price.

By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of massage therapy services provided by KSMT. By booking or receiving my mobile massage services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

Katie sills massage therapist has the right to terminate the session immediately if she feels unsafe, uncomfortable, or if inappropriate behavior occurs.

In such cases, the full session fee will still apply, and law enforcement may be contacted if necessary.

 

Therapists follow strict hygiene protocols, including handwashing and equipment sanitization before and after each session.

Clients must be clean and free of contagious conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service if illness or hygiene issues pose a health risk.

 

While massage can offer therapeutic benefits, it is not a substitute for medical treatment.

I am not liable for any adverse effects resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow therapist instructions.

Always consult a physician before beginning any new health or wellness program.

 

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
